At Pyjamamania, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that shopping online can sometimes be tricky, so we offer a straightforward returns and exchange policy to ensure you feel confident with every purchase.
Returns & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be in original, new condition, including all packaging and swing tags attached. Items with removed or missing tags cannot be accepted.
- Products must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 10 business days of your notification.
- Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Change of mind returns are not accepted.
Health & Hygiene Note:
Due to hygiene regulations, briefs, boxer shorts, stockings, and pantyhose cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
All Returns
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Keep your tracking details as proof.
- Items damaged due to poor packaging during return transit will not be accepted.
- Refunds or credits are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Once approved, return the item using a trackable postal service.
- Wait for email confirmation once your return has been processed.
