Returns & Exchange Policy

At Pyjamamania, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that shopping online can sometimes be tricky, so we offer a straightforward returns and exchange policy to ensure you feel confident with every purchase.


Returns & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Items must be in original, new condition, including all packaging and swing tags attached. Items with removed or missing tags cannot be accepted.
  2. Products must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.
  3. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 10 business days of your notification.
  4. Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  5. Change of mind returns are not accepted.

Health & Hygiene Note:
Due to hygiene regulations, briefs, boxer shorts, stockings, and pantyhose cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.


All Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Keep your tracking details as proof.
  • Items damaged due to poor packaging during return transit will not be accepted.
  • Refunds or credits are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@pyjamamania.com.au with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, return the item using a trackable postal service.
  3. Wait for email confirmation once your return has been processed.
