RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return or exchange of products will only be considered if the following criteria have been met:
- The items must be in original, NEW condition; this includes any packaging and swing tags to be attached. If the swing tags are removed, there will be no exchange or refund.
- The products have not been worn, washed or damaged in any way.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order that you need to refund or exchange; and we must receive the item within 10 business days of your notification.
There is NO refund or exchange on sale items.
We DO NOT offer refunds because you have changed your mind
We DO NOT accept returns or exchange any briefs, boxer shorts, stockings and Pantyhose due to health regulations and the intimate nature of lingerie/underwear.
Shipping costs cannot be refunded and as the buyer you are responsible for all postage costs.
