Returns Policy


RETURNS ~ EXCHANGE POLICY

We are unable to offer any exchange or refunds, with exception of a 10 day refund/exchange policy if the product you purchase is faulty or defective in any way.We do not offer refunds because you have changed your mind. 

Return or exchange of products will only be considered if the following criteria have been met:

  1. The items must be in original, NEW condition; this includes any packaging and swing tags to be attached. If the swing tags are removed, there will be no exchange.
  2. The products have not been worn, washed or damaged in any way.
  3. If you are exchanging a lingerie set, then you must not try the item on,  skin-on-skin.
  4. You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the order that you need to refund or exchange; and we must receive the item within 10 business days of your notification.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Stockings & Pantyhose cannot be exchanged. Due to health regulations and the intimate nature of lingerie/underwear, we do not accept returns/exchanges for any items that include a G-String, Brief, Boyleg or Panty. 

Pyjamamania reserves the right to deny any exchange/refund if any of the above points are not adhered to. Please contact Pyjamamania if you require additional information regarding shipping & returns
